Refund and Returns Policy

Terms and Conditions:

• Room rates are non-commissionable.
• Room rates are exclusive of GST. Any change in the government’s tax policy will be charged extra.
• The special rates quoted to you cannot be displayed on the Internet, electronic media, or any other media that is open to the general public and has unrestricted viewership.
• Check-in time: 1200 hrs.; check-out time: 1100 am
• Extended Check-out time:
  1. 25% of the tariff will be charged up to 3 hours.
  
  2. 50% of the tariff will be charged for up to 6 hours. 100% of the tariff will be charged thereafter.
  
  
• All reservations would be on a tentative basis unless guaranteed through a credit card. The hotel may cancel the non-guaranteed reservation with or without notice to the company or guest. Reservations, once cancelled, would be subject to the availability of room type or rate at the time of receiving a request for reinstatement.
• In case there is any no-show, cancellation, or amendment within 48 hours or less from the date of check-in, a retention charge of 1 night’s applicable room rate will be levied. In addition, should the guest check out early? 1 night’s retention will be charged instead of the night(s) being released.
• A family travelling with a child less than 5 years old will be in the house. The above 5 years will be charged as an adult of INR 1000+GST with an extra bed & breakfast.

Reservation and Cancellation Policy:

FIT Reservations and cancellations:
No amount would be charged in the event of a cancellation made 72 hours before arrival.
100% of the amount would be charged in the event of cancellation within 24 hours of arrival.
100% cancellation charges will be levied if cancelled after the check-in date or on a no-show
A 100% cancellation fee will be levied if cancelled 1 day before the check-in date
