Any change in the government\u2019s tax policy will be charged extra.<\/li>\n<li>The special rates quoted to you cannot be displayed on the Internet, electronic media, or any other media that is open to the general public and has unrestricted viewership.<\/li>\n<li>Check-in time: 1200 hrs.; check-out time: 1100 am<\/li>\n<li><strong>Extended Check-out time:<br \/><\/strong>1. 25% of the tariff will be charged up to 3 hours.<br \/><br \/>2. 50% of the tariff will be charged for up to 6 hours. 100% of the tariff will be charged thereafter.<br \/><br \/><\/li>\n<li>All reservations would be on a tentative basis unless guaranteed through a credit card. The hotel may cancel the non-guaranteed reservation with or without notice to the company or guest. Reservations, once cancelled, would be subject to the availability of room type or rate at the time of receiving a request for reinstatement.<\/li>\n<li>In case there is any no-show, cancellation, or amendment within 48 hours or less from the date of check-in, a retention charge of 1 night\u2019s applicable room rate will be levied. In addition, should the guest check out early? 1 night\u2019s retention will be charged instead of the night(s) being released.<\/li>\n<li>A family travelling with a child less than 5 years old will be in the house. The above 5 years will be charged as an adult of INR 1000+GST with an extra bed &amp; breakfast.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Reservation and Cancellation Policy:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>FIT Reservations and cancellations:<\/strong><br \/>No amount would be charged in the event of a cancellation made 72 hours before arrival.<br \/>100% of the amount would be charged in the event of cancellation within 24 hours of arrival.<br \/>100% cancellation charges will be levied if cancelled after the check-in date or on a no-show<br \/>A 100% cancellation fee will be levied if cancelled 1 day before the check-in date<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Terms and Conditions: Room rates are non-commissionable.
